A modern, cozy, lovely apartment in a building which is near the central of city, suitable for travellers and businessmen.
The building has many conveniences such as swimming pool, gym, lobby, reception, 24/7 security and big garage. Just 5-minutes drive to District 1, central of many popular hotels, restaurants, bars, caffes, shopping malls...

The apartment is designed with white, light green and wooden, given a nice and cozy atmosphere. It is fully furnish for you feel a comfortable stay like air conditioning in every room and washing machine.
Being relax and entertaining yourself with 49" Led TV and unlimited internet in the living room.
In the kitchen, there are facilities for your own cooking such as an electric stove, a multi rice cooker, a fridge, a coffee maker, a juicer and some kitchen utensils.
There are 2 bedrooms. One has double bed (1.8*2m), big closet and a lift-top tabdenuy when you want to use laptop. One has bunk bed (1.2*2m) with many spaces for storage and a desk with wooden chair for working. All curtains in the house are black out curtains

The nightly price has included cleaning fee. I will take care of full cleaning of the apartment once in 2 days. Beside, I can supply many services with reasonable price:
- Meet and see off at the airport
- Local tour in Saigon: A mini tour around city for interesting sceneries and traditional food experiences with local tour guide.
- Homemade cooking: Either Vietnamese meals or Western, Korean foods is good with our chef. Price: $2-$4 per person, including food and drink.
- Search service: Giving support to search for suppliers, manufacturers for any product if you need. Translating and helping to communicate with those ones. The cost will depending on your products.

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
