I had a very disappointing experience booking through Expedia. Upon arrival, we were unable to check in because the property was not located at the address provided. The check-in process was also not clearly explained in the Expedia app, which added to the confusion. We attempted to contact the hotel multiple times via phone and messaging, but received no response. The property did not make any effort to accommodate us. As a result, we were left without accommodations and had to make last-minute arrangements elsewhere. While I understand being charged for the first night, I was also charged for additional nights despite not staying at the property and attempting to cancel. This experience was extremely inconvenient and stressful. I would strongly caution others to verify property details before booking, as this listing appears unreliable.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. This stay was arranged by Expedia relocating because my original booking turned out to be a fraudulent listing. When i arrived there was no front desk. Just a coffee shop and the staff had no idea what was going on. There was another stranded tourist waiting for a room not understanding what was happening. We eventually just rented rooms at the hotel next door called Mai Hotel.

This hotel is a scam. Booked two days around new years. Tried texting (14 times), tried calling the Phone # (disconnected). Went to the coffee shop at base of address (there is no reception) and was told others have come and there are no rooms. It operates under a different name. I stayed till 2pm check - nobody showed up. I am currently requesting a refund from Expedia. There were many others in same situation while we waited there.

The description of the facility does not say that it is above a popular cafe. The apartment was called "Japanese style" but only the size corresponded to this name. My room was in close proximity to the cafe on the roof. On the ground floor there was a cafe that was open 24 hours. The place on the roof was loud in the evenings and at night. My balcony was only separated by a mesh fence from the cafe's customers, so forget about privacy. No daily room cleaning, so I had to buy toilet paper. The pool was in the same place as the tables for customers, so using it in the evening was not comfortable. On the plus side, I can count the location (district 1") and good WiFi. Overall, a good place for people looking for entertainment for a few days. I was in this place for 9 days. I do not recommend it for a longer stay!

I took the “Japanese” style “suite” on the top floor, what they didn’t tell me was that the top floor is also shared by the cafe, and despite the signs asking for quiet after 2am (which is too late anyway!) the hubbub seemed to be ever present through till sunrise, it wasn’t crazy noisy, but enough to be in the background, you’ll be fine if you’re a heavy sleeper and/or have earplugs. The air con unit also rattled. Everything else was fine, superb location.
