I had a very disappointing experience booking through Expedia. Upon arrival, we were unable to check in because the property was not located at the address provided. The check-in process was also not clearly explained in the Expedia app, which added to the confusion.
We attempted to contact the hotel multiple times via phone and messaging, but received no response. The property did not make any effort to accommodate us.
As a result, we were left without accommodations and had to make last-minute arrangements elsewhere. While I understand being charged for the first night, I was also charged for additional nights despite not staying at the property and attempting to cancel.
This experience was extremely inconvenient and stressful. I would strongly caution others to verify property details before booking, as this listing appears unreliable.
