Excellent check-in and then went down hill. Cancelled drink order after waiting 1/2 hour. Couldn't eat the uncooked food in the dining room. Service staff couldn't string more than 1 word in English.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel over the last week, we actuality left a 5 star hotel less than 2 kms up the road after one night due to being overpriced and not great service, we booked the Paradise Hotel last minute and when we turned up we instantly felt comfortable, staff were great, environment was great, room was more than expected, the rooftop pool and bar area was a great spot for a relax and recharge in the afternoons! Its so close to great bars and pubs and day/night life I would 100% reccomend booking here if you are in Ho Chi Minh !

This isn’t my first time staying at this hotel, but I’m very disappointed this time. I booked a Premium Double Room with a bathtub for three nights, but was informed upon arrival that the bathtub had an issue and couldn’t be used. Does this mean the hotel only has one such room, or that the problem couldn’t be fixed over three nights? They offered me a room of similar price instead, but that completely defeats the purpose of choosing a room with a bathtub. I feel misled.

This hotel has excellent views of the city and in a convenient location. Staff were all professional and courteous. Room was spacious with many huge windows and a large bath tub. Good sized pool on top level with an equally good view. Breakfast room is beautiful and a good choice of food. I highly recommend this hotel.
