The communication could be better. We tried to check in and it took 45 minutes after the check in time. The person who was suppose to take us to our actual apartment/hotel room didn’t. He just showed us a grab to go into. When we got to the tower, we just sat there and waited. No one showed up to show us on room. When I contacted them they, said to go to the mailbox and get the key to go to the elevator. It took another 20 minutes to get access code to get inside the room because the person I was talking to had to get the information from their boss. They did not have any utensils to use such as spoons, fork, etc. no extra pillows or blankets. It was very bare minimum. I had to check with them on how to check out and there was no confirmation about a completed check out.

This was the classic bait and switch. The room I had originally reserved was changed to another, that was not as nice and in a different building. Then they had to hire me a taxi to drive me to the building next door because the building signage was so poor. When I arrived at the correct building the people at the front desk refused to talk to me, when I called them for assistance it took nearly 30min for them to arrive at the building to let me in.
