Wished they had better instructions on how to check in; There were no emails, no texts prior to our arrival; No reception desk wjen we arrived at the complex. We finally found the contact phone number and had a security staff to help. It would be challenging for those who do not speak Vietnamese. Our advice is to contact the property host whose number listed on your booking, confirm your arrival and ask for the instructions before your arrival.

It sounds like luxury since the building pretty new as same as surrounding areas. The inside building is noisy and outside is downgraded. I assumed the unit is private own and the owner gives the same room key code to all guest because the previous guest entered to my room at 5pm with the same room code after I already checked in. I didn’t feel safe and comfortable that night. The room has odor smell, bedrooms set & pillows are dirty.
