Charming boutique hotel in the town centre.

Very clean and well designed room with excellent staff, many of which speak English easily. The swimming pool is tiny, but it is there on these hot days to cool off with a nice lounging area on the roof. Breakfast is available, but I never tried it. I had a windowless room for this stay and didn’t mind it at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The stay was terrible. First night AC didn't cool and we could not sleep. The rooms smell like sewer. Nights are very noisy because the windows let in all the street noise. Receptionist physically tried to stop us leaving and threatened to call the police. My partner is Vietnamese, we have stayed in many hotels in Vietnam and that is not normal behavior. We had already paid all outstanding balances, yet they were very aggressive.

The location was great. Remanent Museum and Ho Chi Minh Museum were both in walking distance. Kevin and Mike were the tag team that got things done. Always there to great us with amazing attitudes.

Overall review of my stay

I was only given 1 key and electronic in the room does not operate while I’m out due to not putting the key in the slot. I had to request twice just to get fresh towels which should’ve been offered during my 5 days stay. Bed was making a lot of noise and I could literally hear my next door coughing. Staffs are friendly. Especially Kevin and Andy made sure I was happy until the day I checked out and they came out and waited for my taxi to arrive. Overall happy but things could be improved little.
