Place is clean, people works there are friendly. Too noisy all the time around the neighborhood, im talking from midnight to early morning around 7am. Barely get a good sleep each night out of 3.

Great location

The first apartment I was given was on the first floor right on the street. Extremely noisy. In the bathroom there were coackroaches so I asked to change. The receptionist gave me immediately another apartment with upgrade. Always on the first floor but opposite side, so much more quiet. The location is great!

The apartment itself was great. Staff was outstanding. Just be aware that the area you are staying in is VERY LOUD all night. You will not be able to sleep if you are in a front street facing apartment. There are massage parlors next door and restaurants all around so the noise doesn't stop until morning. Request a back facing room if you want some quiet. But again the place is great, lots of room and close to many things.

昨日まで4泊しました。 部屋は広く無いものの、夫婦2人なら十分な大きさでした。タオルやアメニティは毎日変えてくれ、お湯の出も十分でした。浴室はバスタブ付きのシャワー室のため、シャワー使用では周囲の床が濡れてしまうので、セパレートの方が好みですが、バスタブにはジェット機能が付いていますので豪華です。洗濯機も乾燥機別で、毎日洗濯乾燥して、衣類は最小限で十分です。ロケーションは市民劇場から5分位の中心地で周囲は日本人向けの歓楽街のようでした。カミさんは若干、引き気味でしたので、子連れファミリーには刺激が多いかもしれません。男性でナイトスポット好きな方は楽しめると思います。飲食店はホテル周囲には日本の居酒屋が多いですが、少し歩くと美味しいベトナム料理屋さんHOA HUCがあります。昔の工場跡を利用した雰囲気の良いレストランで夜がおすすめです。色々なガイドブックにも載っているので、日本人が多めでしたが、西洋人も多く、予約した方が無難かもしれません。近くに地下鉄やバス停が無いので移動はGRABのみでしたが、特段困らなかったです。雨の日はドライバーも強気で値段が倍近くになりますが、日本のタクシーに比べると超安いです。またホーチミンに来たら泊まりたいホテルです。お世話になりました。
