Wow what a breath of fresh air this boutique hotel was. I was in HCMC for 9 days before finding the gem. Immediately after booking I got a message from The host explaining everything clearly. Which great directions and instructions of how to find and check in. The room was very spacious and clean with a small kitchenette. The shower works very well. Tons of hidden food gems right in the alleyway! I have already rebooked for my next visit!! Thank you Mersey 🙏

The room looks identical to the photo shown online, so this is a great thing! There’s no reception. All communications were done via WhatsApp. The staff was friendly and responded to inquires immediately. The overall experience was quite positive. Not a big hotel with lavish design, located in an alley (but car can pass through). Simple, clean and convenient. I got what I paid for. Nice.

Fantastic Stay

It was such a pleasant surprise. This place was spotless in a location that is close to everything you need. Plus a coffee shop on the ground floor. Reception was very accommodating we had a tour booked before our check in time and they allowed us to check in early. This was a great help since we didn't get back until after 6:30 PM. Fantastic highly recommend Mersey Ben Thanh Saigon Apartment Hotel.
