The location is excellent and it is close to key amenities like food and shopping. The room is large but basic. Do not expect a lot based on the price. It was a pleasant stay as we needed a room to sleep and shower.

The Hotel is a budget, no frills situation. It is a minute walk to the markets, and a ten min walk to the larger Saigon centre, luxury shopping centre. It is about 15 to 20 mins walk to the excellent War Remnants Museum. The staff are very helpful especially Thong.

The property has potential due to being centrally located, but is not well cared for nor maintained to hotel standards. 1-2 star- good for a budget hotel. The building/ walls shows age, though the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the ÁC works. The staffs seems approachable. Should not expect much more.

The hotel room is newly-renovated and spacious. Wifi signal is good. Clean room and toilet. But no phone, no safe, no peep hole, no latch to secure the door from inside and room access card is limited to only 1 per room. Open wardrobe. The lift can only accommodate a maximum of 2 person. Not wheelchair- friendly hotel. The corridor ligths work on motion-sensor and they shut off within seconds. Narrow corridors, only 1 person can pass through. No inter-connecting rooms. Language-barrier with the hotel staff as they speak minimal English. Nonetheless they were helpful.
