Room was clean and spacious with one-time complimentary mini bar items. Our room was on the 35th floor but you can still hear the heavy traffic late at night. Would be great if they had sound proofed windows.

Room was very clean and hotel has a great location right on top of Saigon Center. It’s walking distance to most of the attractions such as Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Ben Tanh Market and others. Downside is that the walls are thin. I suggest you use the earplugs provided in the room and request for a room that is not connected. Heard our neighbors going in and out, as well as screaming kids. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Saigon.

I would rate this hotel as one of the best we've ever stayed in the past. The facility is very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with good variety of food for everyone's preference. If we ever go back to Ho Chi Minh, I know where we'd stay. That said, the only inconvenience was that the driver of the airport transfer couldn't locate the entrance of the hotel. We were dropped off at the entrance of the departmentt store at 11pm without knowing which way to go. Fortunately it wasn't too far to find it, but it was a bit hard after flying many hours from US.
