I would rate this hotel as one of the best we've ever stayed in the past. The facility is very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with good variety of food for everyone's preference. If we ever go back to Ho Chi Minh, I know where we'd stay. That said, the only inconvenience was that the driver of the airport transfer couldn't locate the entrance of the hotel. We were dropped off at the entrance of the departmentt store at 11pm without knowing which way to go. Fortunately it wasn't too far to find it, but it was a bit hard after flying many hours from US.

We booked 3 bedrooms suite, it doesn’t looks the same as the photos shown. We were very disappointment . The main bedroom doesn’t have the bath tub as shown in the advertisement. Rooms a lot smaller and the living room very small compared to it looks in the photos. The living room only has the view outside of the room balcony. Living rooms doesn’t have the big windows like in the photos

Nice, clean room. Love that it’s accessible to the mall from the hotel lobby. Close to local street food or sit down restaurants. Close to the walking street. Love this. Will only stay here when we visit Saigon!
