property was fine, appliances are a bit old and outdated. Air conditioner was icy cold in the living room and master bedroom. AC in other two rooms were very weak so everybody had to sleep with their door open to get some cold air. Probably needs a filter cleaned/changed and AC refrigerant/coolant.

친절한 호스트와 멋진 동네, 하지만 매트리스는 단단해요

Thuong 호스트 정말 친절했어요. 우리한테 자주 연락해주고, 아이들이 근처 유닛에서 수영할 수 있도록 일부러 도와줬어요. 중간에 청소도 한 번 해줬고요. 숙소에서 한 가지 아쉬운 점이라면, 매트리스가 엄청 단단한 라텍스 재질이라 저랑 남편한텐 좀 불편했어요. 물론 개인 취향 차이긴 한데요. 그래도 Thuong이 추가로 베개랑 쿠션 챙겨줘서 조금 나아졌어요. 예약 전에 참고하면 좋을 것 같아요. 동네 분위기도 정말 좋았어요. 아이들이 여기 놀이터를 엄청 좋아했는데, 특히 길 건너 해적 놀이터는 완전 최고였어요. 새해 전야에는 강 위로 불꽃놀이도 보였는데, 진짜 멋졌어요!

Comfortable enough to put up with for a week. I will say they did their best to bring us the things that weren’t provided but other than that, this listing is very misleading. You are NOT getting what you see. The photos are completely different and you just a get an outdated version of it. I actually found the photos on the Vinhome rental website. They are not putting the actual photos of the unit. Unit is actually outdated and dirty. They didn’t refill any soap or toilet paper and there were constantly ants all over the kitchen and living room. It’s a good price if you’re not really picky with where you stay but if you’re looking for clean and luxurious, this is not it. Better off paying a little more and staying at a hotel.

Squeeky clean unit in a busy building. Authentic street food which may be too much for a westerner but the famous seafood street is a 15 minute walk as are other markets and streets of intrest. Grab is super cheap so you can get anywhere for a few dollars. Thuong was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed

Thuong was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. She even offered to let us store our luggage at her place after check-out (though we didn’t end up needing it). The unit’s floor was a bit dusty, and the kitchen floor was wet because of a fridge leak, but Thuong quickly got a cleaner to sort everything out and even replaced a faulty hairdryer. One of the toilets could have been cleaner, but overall, the unit was spacious and comfortable for a group of six

Poor communication: the address was no building specific out of more than a dozen buildings; took several attempts to connect by phone; waited too long for check in. Unit was spacious and clean. Aircond in the living area did not work. TV had YouTube only. Excellent surrounding area with restaurants, shops, walking paths.
