Excellent Stay

What a phenomenal hotel! The service rivals that of The Four Seasons, Ritz, St. Regis etc. The staff were exemplary and preempted needs. The couldn’t do enough. There was a lovely fruit plate and welcome drink during check in. The pool area was lovely and rooms very comfortable. The cherry on top was the Afternoon tea set up which was extensive. Location also ideal - walking distance to everything in HCM. Highly recommend!

Great service! Fantastic facilities, a pool area on the top floor and hammocks that take you to another world, good breakfast and afternoon tea and friendly staff. Our room was not yet available at the check in time, however we were offered a late check out and taxi to the airport. Bonus! Highly recommend staying here!

Silverland Mây Hotel is truly a gem accommodation in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Although rated as four stars, If you want a five star experience hectic six stars in my opinion choose this hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly; the location is super convenient; the spa is outstanding. The pool, oh my that’s all I have to say. The afternoon tea was a very nice surprise. Thank you again Silverland Mây for an amazing experiences. See you again very soon!

Good overall

A good location for exploring Ho Chi Minh City for us it was four nights re-exploring , although it’s on the edge of an adult entertainment activity zone. We didn’t do the breakfast option but the afternoon tea was really pleasant. The pool area on the top floor is excellent with plenty of space in the pool and the bar were attentive. The bed and pillows were uncomfortably hard for tourist standards and check in was weird as we had to wait because of a room switch. We then requested to move as our city view was looking straight at someone’s front door and staircase. They did shift us after an hour to a room with an outlook.

It says 2023 hotel but it’s over 25 yrs old. Even my balcony room has bad smell from the AC unit and everything is old and poor maintenance. Staff is nice but the hardware is bad. Not a 4 star hotel! One only!

From top to bottom this place was magical! We felt right at home and beyond. Food was great! Service and ambiance was over the top. Lily, Jennie, Nhung and mr. Penny were all amazing and definitely made our stay much more memorable. We would definitely comback for a weekend get away. And would highly recommended to anyone search.

Great hotel in a fantastic location in HCMC. Staff were attentive and friendly, food was great and the hotel was beautiful. Pool was great although a tiny bit cold on the day we used it.
