English language was limited by the hotel staff,but they were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Check in/out was smooth and without any difficulty or concern. Only thing to be aware of is that they hold your passport for the duration of your stay, but that did not concern me and I got mne back without any issue. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay.
