This is peaceful and private high floor with balcony apartment, there are two beautiful views at day and night toward district 1 & Saigon River and Binh Thạnh local area.

Spacious and sparkling clean, friendly green environment with real plants in room.

This is your home away from home with safe, comfortable and convenient all setting for living, working, cooking, laundry, Iron, relax and quiet retreat (meditation).

Bedroom: Chilling and fancy views and equipped with airconditioner, standing fan, closet with hangers, Iron & Iron board, cotton bedsheets, make up table and mirror, aroma, bedside shelves with clocks and pillows (Guests can request more extra 2 pillows).

Living room: Air conditioner, standing fan, Linen Sofa, Dinner table with high chairs for 4 people, Books, English & Vietnamese novels and Magazines, Cable TV, Clock and Balcony (washing machine in a balcony right corner).

Kitchen space: spacious, big fridge, microwave, fully basic cooking utensils as photos, full dinner and glasses set for 4 people.
We prepare for guests welcome set: tea, coffee, snack, drinking water bottles, tissues.

Bathroom space: Hot water providing with 5 star hotel standards full set: Bath-face-hand towels, toilet paper, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton pads & stick, razor, haircover, handwash gel, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion and aroma.

We provide free high speed wifi and multichannel TV cab with variety of foreign channels.

I’ll politely give guests space and try on my best to be available to support guests on my person, text, phone, emails,..

According to pool zone management rules to less risks for guests & residents, if guests wish to enter the pool zone, we need making registration for apply information and setting fingerprint, that would take 3-7 days, so please let me know your expectations related to pool when you make your booking.

The process requires passports and current facial photos of adults in guest group and fingerprint setting schedule after your check in.
