Staff and location very good. Miss Lyn, her husband and staff very nice and helpful. Avoid room 201 - no view and too close to staff quarters (loud and early noise).

The best place we have stayed in on our trip. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well equipped. The views from the mountain rooms are exceptional and the staff have been really friendly and helpful. We ended up extending our stay by an extra night.

Paradise

The photos online do not do this place justice, it is an absolute paradise, I literally felt like I was sleeping in a tropical jungle, the setting was the best throughout my whole trip in Vietnam. The owners are friendly, they have an on site massage room that can take 3 people at a time, they call in staff from the local town and was only £10 for 1 hour. It is an instagram setting. The pool was amazing and well kept, it is surrounded by rooms and felt like a villa.

Beautiful homestay with the most lovely staff. The rooms are new and modern, the walls are thick and quiet, the ac works great, the bathrooms are spa like, and the views are really nice. Rice paddies all the hills are all around. The location is just a ten minute walk into town which means its still near everything but is quiet. The wifi wqs fast and reliable for remote work. There were 4 other ppl besides us all working remotely. The breakfast is very nice with an omlet station, fresh juices and fruit, bacon! And more. Western and eastern food available. The staff bent over backwards for us and were the sweetest ppl youll ever meet. They also arranged laundry, and transportation very easiky and at good prices. There are also bikes available which were in good shape. We never needed them because everything was so close. Highly recommend.

Hôtel décevant, très loin du standing annoncé! Établissement qui se veut luxueux mais manque cruellement de finitions et d'entretien. Nous avons réservé 2 différentes chambres, avec des constats très disparates. Chambre Vue Jardin (RDC) : À éviter!!! • Confort & Hygiène : Toiles d'araignées au plafond, invasion de moustiques et salle de bain exiguë sans déco à la propreté douteuse (style "motel"). • Baignoire extérieure sur la terrasse : Bouchon non étanche, donc le bain fut express…. et AUCUNE intimité (passage constant du personnel et des voisins). Grosse déception! • AUCUNE Isolation phonique (on entend absolument tout des voisins) et rideaux clairs donc AUCUNE opacité. Masque et boules Quies indispensables pour espérer se reposer! Chambre Vue Montagne (1er étage) : Mieux, mais... • chambre plus spacieuse, jolie salle de bain, et rideaux opaques. Cependant, la tringle à rideau en bois (très lourde) m’est tombée sur la tête au réveil car elles ne sont pas fixées. Geste commercial apprécié (le meilleur massage du séjour), mais cela ne résout pas le problème de base: la négligence Services & Général : • Petit-déjeuner 7h-9h: Rien n'est prêt à 7h, mieux vaut arriver à 8h. Service inégal (nous avons du attendre 20min notre omelette car le réceptionniste a préféré servir ses amis vietnamiens en priorité, pourtant arrivés après nous). Choix très limité en protéines (œufs uniquement) • Entretien : Piscine négligée et fils électriques apparents dans les chambres.
