The views are just spectacular, from Mount Wellington/kunanyi right across Hobart and down to Bruny Island. Located just 6km from Hobart CBD, close to beaches and shops, as well as just 15 minutes to the airport, this house is perfect for your stay in Hobart.

Bella Vista on Beach is a relaxed family home with stunning views across the Derwent River to Hobart and beyond. The house is fully set up to be your home away from home, with all essentials covered. Full kitchen facilities plus dining area enable family dinners, plus private laundry facilities make holidaying easy. Lounge area with smart TV, a separate living space and board games make this the perfect family stay. We are walking distance to Bellerive Beach and waterfront walking tracks, and just a 2 minute drive to a major shopping centre, restaurants and take away options.

Guests will have access to the entire house, except the locked under-house storage room.

Please note that guests will be required to climb one flight of stairs to access the property. Once inside, it is single level throughout.
