Bellerive Bluff House | Spacious family home
Set on the Bellerive Bluff, this large, bright home is ideal for families or larger groups looking for space, comfort, and an easy base on the Eastern Shore. With generous living zones, plenty of natural light, and room for everyone to spread out, the home is designed for relaxed group stays while still feeling warm and welcoming.
The home sleeps up to eight guests across four light-filled bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a sunny window seat overlooking the verandah and out toward the distance. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, while the remaining two bedrooms each feature double beds. The fourth bedroom is set up a flight of stairs, perched high above the home, creating a quiet, tucked-away space.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped, making it perfect for big family meals and long, relaxed dinners. A beautiful dining table sits beside French doors that open onto the patio, letting in fresh air and sunlight. Inside, two spacious sitting areas make it easy for groups to spend time together or spread out and relax. A separate laundry, two bathrooms, and a full-sized bath complete the interior, making longer stays comfortable and practical.
Outside, the space continues with a brand new verandah at the front of the home, flowing down to a large front yard that’s perfect for kids to run around. The property is filled with sunlight throughout the day and also offers secure off-street parking for one car.
The location is a major highlight. You’re just minutes’ walk to Ninja Stadium, making this an ideal stay for cricket, AFL, and major events. The Bellerive Bluff foreshore walk, beaches, and playground are all nearby, perfect for morning walks and family outings. Bellerive Village is around a 10–15 minute walk where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, and the ferry terminal with direct access to the Hobart waterfront. Local favourites include Marla Singer, as well as a number of relaxed cafés, wine bars, and takeaway spots along the waterfront.
