There is a lovely, naturally lit sitting are with leather Chesterfield, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and TV cabinet with an interesting array of books. A fully appointed kitchenette with stone bench tops, induction cook top, top of the range oven and full height stainless steel fridge. There is a small breakfast bar with stone bench top, French doors leading out to the private rear courtyard with an outdoor setting.
