This charming property has two bedrooms, one with a king bed that can be split into two singles upon request. The other bedroom has a queen bed, designated work space, smart TV, reverse cycle heat pump, direct access to a furnished deck, and an ensuite.

There is a sunny open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a heat pump/aircon. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and even a stand mixer if you're into baking! The bathroom in the property also houses complete laundry facilities.

There is a large deck with patio furniture and a private grassed area, with sweeping views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range.

There is off street parking available for free at the property for one standard size car, as well as public transport nearby.

A short walk away is the scenic Lindisfarne foreshore, cafes, pizza, and an IGA.

We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started.

Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access.
