Perched on the leafy slopes of Mount Nelson, this contemporary retreat captures sweeping views across the Derwent River, creating a memorable backdrop for your stay. A wood fireplace, split-system air conditioning, and a ceiling fan ensure the space remains comfortable in every season.

The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, a Nespresso machine, an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to cook with ease. A round dining table provides a welcoming place to gather, connect, and linger over good food.

Each bedroom is fitted with its own wall panel heater for added comfort during cooler months. The primary and fourth bedrooms both open onto the lower deck, with the primary also featuring a queen bed, private TV, and ensuite. The second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each include a queen bed. Two full bathrooms complete the home, including the ensuite with a bath and shower combination and a main bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A concealed laundry with a washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. Parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway and carport.
