The king bedroom, with its garden view, large ensuite, and huge plush bed, provides a touch of luxury. Two additional double bedrooms offer quiet, private spaces, while the fourth bedroom doubles as a flexible workspace with a desk and double sofa bed.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where the kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow seamlessly together. The kitchen, with its large island and modern appliances, is ideal for preparing feasts with Tassie’s finest ingredients. The dining area offers a large table for all the family, with ocean views. The living room provides a comfortable space for relaxation in front of the Smart TV, with sliding patio doors leading to the garden.
Outside, the large, private garden provides a space for outdoor enjoyment, with comfortable seating and a Weber family BBQ. A gate at the garden's edge offers easy access to the Blackmans Bay Blowhole and waterfront, just minutes away on foot. There is also a walkway directly to the beachfront and waterfront eateries across the road from the home.
The main bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub. A separate laundry room is complete with a washing machine and heat pump dryer.
For added convenience, the home includes a remotely operated garage, a Bluetooth speaker, and brand new user-friendly appliances.
This home is conveniently located on the suburbs edge, private enough for tranquillity but close enough to be able to reach services, eateries, and the beach on foot.
