Granville House is a fully renovated, spacious and bright four bedroom two bathroom home located in sought-after Geilston Bay on Hobart's eastern shore. Decorated in the Hamptons style, the house exudes a relaxed, casually elegant sophistication which is sure to have you in holiday mode in no time!
Featuring plenty of living space inside and out, Granville House is the perfect fit for families or groups of friends wanting to explore all that Hobart has to offer.
The accommodation comprises four beautifully appointed bedrooms; one with a king bed, two with queen beds and one with a king single and king single bunks. All beds are furnished with quality linen and pillows to ensure your ultimate comfort and a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a stylish en-suite with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
The main bathroom contains a bath, walk-in shower and toilet.
Moments on foot from Granville House you can access the beautiful Clarence Foreshore Trail. Extending from Geilston Bay through to Bellerive Beach, Howrah and Tranmere in the south, it offers spectacular views of the coastline, western shore and kunanyi/Mt Wellington. It is a multi-user pathway (great if you have brought your bikes!) following the shores of the famous River Derwent and offers a diverse range of scenery, from picturesque bays filled with moored yachts to she-oak forest and parkland. There are playgrounds, beaches and points of interest along the trail. The quality of the path varies from wide concrete to narrow gravel sections.
Free off-street parking is available on site at Granville House for two vehicles. There is also plenty of free on-street parking directly out the front :)
