James was very responsive throughout the whole process, and the property location allowed us to walk to the Taste of Tasmania festival and the Salamanca market. It is also easy to get to the various memorials and open spaces along the harbor. Great spot.
This unit was exceptional! It was clean, spacious, modern, and it had everything that I needed for my week-long stay in Hobart. The location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance to the nearest Woolworths, hospital, local pubs, Hobart City , Botanical Gardens and other tourist attractions. There is one bus stop just around the corner (about 20 metres) from the front gate, and others just a little further on. Communication with James was good and he was very responsive when I made contact with him. My situation resulted in me having to stay in Hobart a little longer than planned and James was very helpful with these changes. If I head to Hobart again in the future, I will definitely be trying to book this unit for my stay, and I will be recommending it to my family and friends who are planning to go to Hobart. James, thank you for being a great host and thank you for allowing me to stay in this lovely unit.
