The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, stone benchtops, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook at home. The home also includes a separate laundry and internal access to a secure garage for off-street parking.

The home is located in a newly developed pocket of Old Beach—a safe and ultra-quiet area perfect for unwinding. It’s a great base for exploring Greater Hobart, with the Derwent River and walking tracks nearby. You’re also just a short drive to local shops and cafés, as well as the shopping precincts of Glenorchy and the Northern Suburbs.



A car is recommended for getting around Old Beach and exploring the wider Hobart area. The property includes secure garage parking and is just a 20-minute drive to Hobart CBD. Major supermarkets and shopping centres in Glenorchy and Bridgewater are only 10–15 minutes away. From Old Beach, you’ll also have convenient access to the East Derwent Highway, making it easy to reach the airport, MONA, and other key destinations around Southern Tasmania.
