The lovely lady at check-in was amazing and you could tell she was really proud of the hotel. Room was large and had a lovely mix of historic charm and modern convenience. Location was fantastic being able to step out straight onto Salamanca Markets

We really enjoyed our stay at Moss especially the personal service and the beautiful interior and vibe. Despite good sound proofing, noise was a factor from the street below on Saturday night. Would have liked more ventilation in the room but overall it was a great place to stay!

Exceptional room with luxury amenities. The decor was exquisite. Location was excellent and the staff were lovely, warm and friendly. Highly recommend staying at Moss and look forward to booking with them again in the future.

Was clean and staff were nice. The bathroom in the room only had a glass door. No privacy at all. I have stayed at 100s of hotels and have never seen this. It was so strange. It made me really uncomfortable.
