The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, Nespresso machine, pour-over setup and all the essentials for easy home cooking. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar to enjoy a glass of wine and chat with the cook while dinner simmers, then gather at the dining table overlooking Hobart’s rooftops and the River Derwent in the distance.

Step outside to the private timber deck and sunlit courtyard, a peaceful spot to bask in the sunlight, listen to birdsong, and soak up sweeping views over Hobart’s rooftops to the River Derwent. Fire up the gas BBQ, pour a glass of wine, and savour the fresh air beneath endless blue skies.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled for relaxation, featuring soft lighting, built-in storage and blackout blinds for a peaceful night’s sleep. Two rooms are fitted with queen beds, while the third offers a cosy single bed and a window bench — a perfect spot to daydream while gazing out at the lemon tree outside. All rooms share a family bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and spa bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Hobart. A separate toilet offers added convenience, and the full laundry room with a washer-dryer combo makes longer stays a breeze.

The home offers year-round comfort with central air conditioning, a split-system heater in the dining area, and additional portable heating and fans for flexible climate control. A highchair and portacot are available on request. Parking is available for up to three cars on the driveway. Please note that the home is set across a single level, with just a few small steps inside.
