Very comfortable apartment within walking distance of Salamanca and Sandy Bay shops. Great view of Hobart from the balcony. Housekeeping was noticeably excellent with cleaning and refresh daily during our stay. Very pleasant staff and free parking with EV chargers available.Very impressed overall

Location is in walking distance from Salamanca markets, Hobart waterfront, Ferry, supermarkets and eateries. Safe neighbourhood. Easy check-in.

Excellent location a few minutes walk downhill to Salamanca and a decent cafe, bakery and a pub even closer. Only sour point was late check in, where the front desk closed promptly at 9pm, even after emailing a few days in advance and calling from the taxi from the airport. The hotel staff were leaving just as our cab pulled in at 9.03. Yes, we still got into our room with a phone call and remote lock box, but literally a few more minutes waiting would have been a five star experience for us after travelling for a few hours. Minor point overall - the rest was great.

Well located and a good size room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchenette was well appointed. However, as other posters have noted, smoking is permitted on the balconys of this motel. Unfortunately, I could smell smoke from the adjoining room in my room, even with my balcony door closed.

Happy with room & excellent location

I scored the first floor with door on street level from hallway directly onto St Georges Terrace. Was perfect to enable me to bring my bycicle straight into the room without negotiating stairs or lift. The room itself is large with several different types of chairs to choose from. The kitchenette is handy if eating in. Several nice eateries within a few minutes walk. Have to flip the power switch on for the heater to work. I didn't realise and froze the first night. I highly recommend staying here for short or longer term.

We had a comfortable 3 night stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The area is safe and quiet and within 20 minute walk to the city centre. This was the second time we stayed at this place and it never disappointed. Will definitely return in the future.

Very good apartment.

Very pleased the reception stored our luggage well ahead of check-in time, then advised our apartment would be ready well ahead of 2PM. We sought a later check-out time which was also granted. Very pleased with their can-do customer service.

We had a very comfortable and quiet stay and received a free upgrade - thank you! The unit and apartment hotel is well equipped for cooking needs, plus has a laundry. They also have lots of brochures available. We left our car at the carpark and enjoyed Hobart by foot, so no driving hassles. It's very well located near attractive Battery Point, so great for a stroll to nearby cafes and an easy walk down to the harbour and Salamanca.
