Just a short stroll to the waterfront & opposite the Sunday Farmers Market, it's a top-floor haven overlooking Elizabeth Street with lift access. The home includes contemporary kitchen appliances, air-conditioned lounge, and parking.
This Vintage Suite at Saddlers House retains many original features, including polished floorboards and feature brick walls, enhancing its unique ambience. This top-floor, front-facing apartment offers a relaxing retreat with skylit interiors and views across Elizabeth Street and the city, while its central location ensures you are never far from Hobart's vibrant laneways.

Furnished with comfort in mind, the open-plan air-conditioned living area provides a cosy space to unwind and offers a smart TV for movie nights at home. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar for enjoying your morning coffee or a home-cooked meal, or gather around the round, four-seater table for a shared feast.

Two bedrooms sleep four guests with a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom and two single beds in the second room, while a cot is provided for families with an infant. Beautiful apartment in central location

My husband, two young adult children and I spent 4 nights at Saddlers House in the two bedroom apartment over Easter. The day before the owners let us know how to access the building and this was an easy, straightforward process. The apartment itself is beautiful - modern and very stylish. Even nicer than the photos show. The bathrooms were lovely, the bedding very comfortable, there was lots of storage and it was certainly a stylish place to stay. It was also quiet. The apartment is a close stroll to a Woolworths and BWS (where we bought a few supplies and drinks) and is surrounded by restaurants. It is very very close to the mall if you needed to buy anything during your stay. We also made good use of the Banjoes bakery/coffee shop right next door. It is open very early so suited the couple of days we got out and about early. Best of all is the apartment is a 10 min walk to the harbour. We did this walk multiple times - to catch ferries or meet tour buses or head to the Salamanca Markets. Its was easy and very accessible. Hobart is an amazing holiday destination for adults and families alike - we absolutely loved our visits to Mona, Battery Point, Port Arthur, the museums etc and had some wonderful dining experiences. Saddlers House is highly recommended as a fantastic place to stay with family or friends.
