Horrible stay

I’ll start with hotel staff was very kind. None of the issues were their fault or could be fixed by them. The AC plug in was burnt and black. The AC unit did not work but was still plugged in. HUGE fire hazard had my husband not found that. We were hot all night as there was NO AC in the bedroom portion of our suite and we didn’t get to the hotel until it was too late to change rooms. The paint on the floor in the shower is peeling leaving the floor both a slipping hazard and uncomfortable at best under your feet. We had to shower in one pair of sandals we brought. The elevator stopped working and remained that way for our stay. We were in an accessible room as my husband is partially disabled. Leaving me and my children to carry luggage and wagons and dog kennel down multiple flights of stairs. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Not a huge deal but more of an annoyance in addition to all of the other issues. The hotel smelled of weed first thing in the morning. Overall we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay $20 more and stay at the Hilton. We booked this as a Wyndham member but we will never stay here again.

Location was great. Staff was very nice a d helpful. The bathroom we were in has mold around the shower area. Had a mildew smell to it. Outlet inbetween the beds was not working

I like the area where the property is. I didn’t like that we had a room that had two televisions but only one worked, some of the light fixtures were missing bulbs, the bathroom shower was dirty and it had chipped paint throughout. The handle on the bathroom sink was broken. We were not given wash cloths to wash our faces. But we had two large towels and two hand towels. It seemed as if someone dropped the ball while preparing the room. Upon leaving (10:30am) we heard a knock at the door and not even a second later the door swung open. It was the house keeper. Husband was standing in a towel and I was sitting on the bed, all we could do was look at her. She quickly shut the door. Lastly while leaving, two people were at the front desk with their faces stuck in the computer. No one looked up to say anything to us. I simply said “ Y’all have a great rest of your day”, then my husband and I received a response back from the woman that was sitting, nothing from the gentleman that was sitting next to her. It was weird but maybe it was just a bad day for them.

Very good overall for the price.. breakfast was terrible (lukewarm, eggs not fresh), shower pipes were loud makingvloud whining noise while showering. I was only there one night and would stay again

No Hot tub and needs renovation

Hotel did not have a hot tub. they claim that hotels.com will not takeoff this amenity off the web site. Hotel is dirty not needs a lot of maintenance
