Private: property 800 m2, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop "Höchenschwand" 1.5 km, railway station "Seebrugg (Schluchsee)" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, lake Schluchsee 15 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, cycle lane 10 m, cross country ski track 2 km.
