Worst ever experience and no service

Terrible experience,we were conned by a guy named Maoz, and left with no place at all, and had to travel away back.worst service ever. No responsibility and no one to talk to, and great disappointment for us and our invited friends. Found out-he cheated others too. Hotels.com should have been much more responsible, for choosing the sales men the site works with.shame and sorrow. We were dammaged and there was no one gor responsible help or communication!!! Worst experience ever!!!
