I arrived at night and was greeted by a very nice gal which was very helpful. Let me know where parking was and was great with all the info provided. She was nice enough to tell us we could grab te or coffee the next morning before we leave because we were not going to have any time for breakfast. All good until we grabbed the coffee and a VERY unprofessional employee of yours started to talk about us with other guests saying “we were grabbing free coffee because we were told but since he wasn’t there he didn’t know” You should make sure employees are not talking to guests in their faces comments to inadequate and demonstrating poor customer services, looking at us like if he was doing some charity for 2 cups a machine coffee.
