Our rental has 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed, guests can unwind in comfort. The bathroom boasts a relaxing bathtub for a soothing soak or shower. An additional living room space with a comfy futon provides the perfect spot to kick back and relax. Harper’s Haven also has a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Come experience the amazing and brilliant charm of this lovely rental and nearby amenities such as the Natchez Trace trails, waterfalls, Meriwhether Lewis’ memorial monument, and the Elephant Sanctuary discovery center . We have some delicious local restaurants such as Junkyard Dog Steakhouse, Lewis and Clarkes restaurant with a bar in a separate room, Casa Grande which is a phenomenal Mexican Restaurant, and Kilpatrick’s bar and grill. Remove personal items and take out the trash

Place trash in the CGS garbage can at neighboring house
Please also hang the remotes to the lights/fans back where they belong upon check out and turn AC units in bedrooms off. Turn AC unit in living area to 75 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were coming from out of town for a few days to tour some properties for sale in the surrounding areas and Colyn's place was the most convenient location. Cons first: The house is quite small. My husband kept saying he felt like a giant (tight hallway, small door frames, etc). Probably the biggest drawback for us was the proximity to the road - it is on a much busier road than we anticipated and you can definitely hear vehicle traffic all night. Pros: The place was very clean and updated very nicely. The kitchen was also very spacious and had everything we needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Spent a nice thanksgiving with family at this cozy house. Great location to where we need to be. The house is clean and tidy; got everything we needed. Would come back again!
