The approximately 40sqm² B/W terrace equipped with garden furniture, a beach chair and its own fenced garden invites you to relax and sunbathe. The apartment is modern and of high quality, has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and much more. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level 100x90 cm shower, a washer/dryer and a towel heater. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The apartment has a flat screen, a Bluetooth stereo system, underfloor heating.
