宿泊中はバイキング利用しました。テーブルや椅子の拭きが非常に悪く汚れがついたままで、スタッフさんに頼みましたが適当に拭かれ別のスタッフさんも同様の対応。同系列の長浜は若い学生スタッフも教育が行き届いていたのでこちらのホテルは非常に残念でした。お部屋も前客のお茶パックのゴミが落ちており残念。嘔吐物があったのでフロントへ連絡した際もご連絡ありがとうございますもなくすでに対応してますのみ。
