施設周辺にコンビニやペット連れ可能な飲食店が多くてとても便利に滞在出来ました。 部屋内の清掃もしっかりと行き届いた印象です。前に宿泊された方々の食事(おそらく焼肉)の蓄積された臭いが少々気になりましたが油のベトベト等は無く良かったと思います。 リビングや寝室のエアコンの配置が悪くリビング全体に空調が行き届かないのが残念でした。 アメニティ類については人それぞれの好みもあると思いますが洗顔フォーム、化粧水、クシ等があるともっと手ぶらで行く事が出来るので設置して欲しいです。

設備、アメニティなど言うことなしに素晴しいが、前泊していた方がバーベキューをした後の匂いが残ったままで、滞在中ずっとくさかった。また、犬にとって階段が滑りやすく急なため、犬が2階から転げ落ちた。 骨などに異常が無かったものの、滑り止めなどの工夫を凝らして欲しい。

設備（トイレ）が壊れていたので評価をさげてますが、それ以外は特に困りません。洗濯機も洗剤がついているため、困りません。（デリケート類ならネットは必要） 道の駅から近く、道が分かりやすい。 インターチェンジ脇にある薬局がスーパーを兼ねており、かつホテル近くにコンビニがあり、買い物に困るものがほとんどなかった。外食も近くにハンバーガー屋やリゾナーレ八ケ岳の中に飲食店があるので、ほぼ困ることはない。
