About Geilo

Geilo has been voted Norway's Best Ski Resort for 5 consecutive years - not without reason. Geilo offers a rich range of activities in the high mountains and is close to the national parks Hallingskarvet and Hardangervidda. Geilo has a diverse range of activities, a ski resort that extends up the mountainsides on either side of the valley, connected by a free ski bus - in addition to endless cross-country skiing trails. Access

Geilo is easily accessible from both Bergen and Oslo, located approximately halfway between Norway's largest cities along Route 7, or by train to Geilo - where you can put on your skis and head straight to the ski slopes. Geilo has good driving conditions all year round.
