We weren’t there for very long since we are driving across the country but it had everything that we needed! We didn’t love the half shower door since we felt like we ended up with water everywhere & had to use so many towels to get the water up.

Right next to a huge Loves. So ongoing big truck noises. Front desk person was not friendly at all. WiFi never worked in the 2 nights we were there. Room was ok, just felt overpriced. Continental breakfast was awesome though! They really do put out a great spread, making this stay a 2.5/5 for us.

Great stay in Winslow

We stayed here as part of a longer trip. The hotel looked like it had been renovated recently. It was easy to get to form the highway and was right next to a gas station, which was nice. The beds were very comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it serves its purpose - a clean, safe place for a stop on our way to our final destination of Albuquerque. But for some reason, this time we had people above us that sounded like they were dropping their luggage on the floor from above their heads. And it wasn't just one time... the noise from the room above was sporadic for a couple of hours and of course it was at night when we were trying to sleep. I'm sure we'll stay again, as it is convenient, but we would ask for an upper floor. No sure if they don't offer those through Expedia. May have to make reservations directly.

Overall, this was a nice stay. However, the property is a bit dated and needs a bit more maintenance work. The breakfast was pretty good. And a new Dunkin Donuts and Arby's were about to open next door at the new Love's Truck Stop (they opened on the day we checked-out). I would like to recognize one the housekeeping ladies (I think her name was Francine) as she was very helpful providing an extra hand I needed in operating the ice machine.

Not pet friendly here. Said absolutely no dogs except service animals. I had told her the last days in was okay with the dog, she said that this one was privately owned. I said I had a dog. (Winnie dog) And would have to find something else. Clerk went in other room came back and I guess decided not to give up the 150 dollars for one night stay. Just add a 25 dollar pet fee. My 2 boys went to the indoor pool came back shortly said it was dirty. I didn't go look. Hell these are 13 and 14 year olds. They would swim in a mud puddle.

Standing on a corner in Winslow AZ

The room was comfortable, the air conditioner was loud at night, the shower was weird without a curtain. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly!
