Turn off A/C and all lights. Close all windows.
Take garbage out to receptacle across the road. Lock all doors and return keys to the lockbox. Scramble lockbox numbers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place to stay, the location close to the beach (just across the road) and everything else you need was perfect.The house is really well equipped and everything worked.We really enjoyed our stay.
