Welcome to your home away from home in Katy. This spacious two-story house features 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests—perfect for families, groups, or business travelers. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs. A crib is also provided for guests traveling with a baby

The private backyard includes a cozy firepit, great for relaxing evenings with family or friends. The home is just 11 miles from Katy Mills Mall and Typhoon Texas Waterpark.

Our Property:

The living room includes a large sectional sofa, Smart TV, and connects to the formal dining area with seating for six and a breakfast nook with seating for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, air fryer, coffee machine, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. A dedicated coffee station includes a Keurig, mugs, creamers, and K-Cups.

There are 2.5 bathrooms: one private en-suite in the master bedroom and a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The laundry room features a washer, dryer, and extra refrigerator. A sofa bed in the additional sitting area converts into a queen bed to accommodate extra guests.

Outside, enjoy a private backyard with a firepit, perfect for relaxing evenings with friends or family.
