Room was clean and property was also in good order. The pool and hot tub got the spot. They did offer a free breakfast which consisted of bread, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. They barely had enough biscuits and gravy when when gravy was gone desk person refused to help.

I came from out of town and booked a week in advance and I was not informed the hot tub was not working. Also in my room one of the smoke detectors were hanging down from the ceiling, fire place didn’t work, a couple lights in the room didn’t work, during breakfast they ran out of food which you pay the fee in for continental breakfast, that we didn’t enjoy.

Fell because they didn’t shovel and put salt on the ice. Dirt in the bottom of the pool and hot tub was out of order. Didn’t make enough breakfast so when we went down they were out of eggs and sausage. There was a leak in the room so they had a bucket in the lobby collecting the water.

Pool wasn’t working. We specifically picked a hotel with a pool. Tv had a screeching sound in our first room. So we had to change rooms. In the second room the floor in the bathroom felt like you were going to go thru it. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again when there are so many other options near by.

This stay was much better than the 1st bc bad manager was gone. Matt and Lynn are great staff as well! This room started out cleaner but there still wasn’t any housekeeping done in the week we were there. Bushes overgrown over sidewalks not cool when walking w kids holding your hand- no room. The pool was actually clean this trip and warmer than it was in the summer. The bed was very uncomfortable but the size of the room was great.

My mom and I had a great experience. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Their patio setup is nice and relaxing. The morning breakfast was good. Staff is laid back and easy-going going and friendly.

the entire room had cockroaches and we checked out immediately after seeing the roaches. this room was disgusting, management is useless, expedia neglects to inform of possible issues, everything about the place is pitiful. it’s been months since and they won’t give us a refund for a place we did not stay at due to “company policies”. Who will stay in a hotel with a bug infestation? let alone pay for it?? I’m absolutely baffled at the lack of communication and concern on both expedias behalf and the hotels.

Not so much dirty but property is SUPER outdated and not fond of folks living there FULL time…it’s a cause for “their friends” hanging around and giving vibes to guests of feeling unsafe.
