I liked the check in. The front desk was able to find a room to check me in early. She coulfd of however forwarned me the room was going to be a little smaller then the one i was to get due to not having a kitchen. Also the cleaning staff entered the room when there are cats in the room on the 2nd day of our stay and frightened our cats so bad that one ran and got stuck in between the refrigerator and wall and was there till we arrived back in the early evening. I was so afraid he was gone at first but when i looked and found him in that tiny space i initially thought he was dead because he was not moving. When i got him out it took a while for him to start moving because he must have been wedged there for a while. Ive stayed in hotels and hiltons before and never had i had cleaning staff enter a hotel room when i had my cats in the room. I found it very odd and very very very alarming because my cats could have escaped or my one cat could have died had we not returned earlier than expected that day. I really would like for the property to be aware of this. I tried texting the property on the same day of this situation but noone texted back and i still had another day and a half left of my stay.

Brand new hotel, close to restaurants and not far from downtown Staff was really nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel for pet owners who like to stay for a few days If you stay for one night, the 75 dollar is steep

We really liked this hotel. Our only complaint was the motion sensor light in the bathroom. This was a really annoying feature that will likely prevent us from staying here again. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

New clean hotel. No carpet so you do hear the people above you. I called down to the lobby and was told quiet hours start at 11 but sign said 10. It was not a big deal as the hotel overall and included breakfast were terrific. Front desk people were welcoming.
