The ground-level premium house Nordland 3a (semi-detached house) was built in 2014, has about 60 m² living / usable area and can be occupied by up to 4 people (+1 infant in travel cot). The high-quality furnished living room has a cozy sitting area and dining area with integrated kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher). The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a satellite TV connection (different from the other holiday houses in the village) and a free Wi-Fi connection. A storage room (with a small freezer) is located inside the house. The entrance to the house and the furnished terrace are covered. Non smoking house - pets allowed - bread service from Easter to October!

Holiday for the whole family in the premium house Nordland in the holiday village Altes Land. The holiday village is located directly on the Elbe dike, in an old fruit farm in the community Hollern-Twielenfleth. Whether big or small - in the holiday village, all guests are the largest and the four-legged friends are welcome in most houses. In addition to a bicycle rental, a miniature golf course and a playground is also a multipurpose court for football, volleyball, Swingo bowling, bocce, football billiards and table tennis in the village. Walking for miles along the dike, cycling or inline skating, dreaming on the Elbe beach, the children play with friends and in the evening you can relax comfortably in your holiday home or in a convivial round in 2014 newly opened Café & Restaurant "Auszeit" with summer terrace. In a few minutes you can reach both the multi-generational park, the heated outdoor pool directly on the Elbe, the bike park and the beautiful Elbsandstrand. Experience a great holiday in the most beautiful Elb holiday village between the Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Stade.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Schöne Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, schöne und saubere Ferienhäuser, Weg vom Parkplatz zu den Häusern teilweise lang, Parkplätze sind nicht gut markiert, so dass viele die Begrenzung nicht einhalten beim Parken und man kaum Platz zun Parken hat. Amsonsten schöne Anlage in sehr schöner Umgebung.
