It was grimy and hasn't been painted/updated in a LONG time. Stains on walls. Toilet paper holders are the kind that are in public restrooms that don't let you pull the damn paper. Definitely overpriced for what it was.

Parking was fine. Didn't use the breakfast. Last year the hotel was renovated and much better. Room 109 didn't seem to benefit from the renovation. Carpet was stained in many places. Iron had 'burned' on someone's clothing leaving residue on the iron. Towel rack and t.paper rack was rusted. Tub caulking was deteriorated. Tub was badly stained! Water did not drain properly. Water not draining well does it for me! Service was friendly. One of the maids did a superb job--different than others, but I can't remember which day that was.
