– Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. - Only registered guests are allowed on property. An extra $50 fee PER PERSON will be applied per night
- PLEASE be careful with ALL kitchen appliances. Broken appliances will result in an extra fee of up to the value of the appliance.
- If patio furniture is or BBQ grill (clean after using) is damaged, that will result in an extra fee of up to $1,000.
