An additional cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged to the guest for any reservation totaling 85 nights or more, including extensions to stays. Guests agree to a mandatory professional cleaning of the unit after the first 60 consecutive nights of occupancy, and every 60 nights thereafter for the duration of the stay.
