Located in a captivating community in the heart of Surf City, you will be granted access to the community's outdoor pool and the beach will be waiting for you just across the street as well as the fishing pier, shopping, and many great restaurants. For the locals, this community is located near the 'S' curve.
On the first level of this home, guests will find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its TV and en suite bathroom, and a washer/dryer in the hallway. Upstairs, the main living area provides guests with an inviting and cozy place to hang out and create everlasting memories. Watch a favorite movie or sports game on the TV in the living room, or be the star of the group and prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Then, once mealtime is over, let the dishwasher worry about the dishes while you all enjoy the breeze and views from your private balcony. The bedroom on this level also features a TV and there is an additional full bathroom.
Outdoor pool: The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
