Love Topsail Beach

This property is not being very well maintained. The decks were uneven and we didn't dare walk on them barefoot. There was mildew in the bathrooms and one of the toilets did not flush properly. There was an outdoor shower but it was not functioning. We loved the location on the beach and proximity to playground and shops in Topsail Beach. We will return but not to this property.

Great visit

This was a perfect quick getaway for my wife and I. The view was beautiful and it was very peaceful. Would also like to note the neighbors on both sides were extremely courteous and quiet.

Nice Stay, but Needs Maintenance

This house is a great little place on the beach. The layout is awesome, fitting several people with a good sized kitchen and really awesome setup on the deck. However, the house is really in need of some basic updating. The deck needs some serious maintenance, our toddler leaned on one of the spindles and it fell right off, she fell halfway through. We were lucky that we were right there to catch her. There were other spindles missing and several of them also seemed way too far apart to stop a child from falling through. The management company did some repairs while we were on site but a bigger overhaul is definitely needed. The doors on the beach side were in bad shape, one of the bedroom doors would not open correctly and the screen was rusted and off track. Almost all of the blinds were damaged. We wish there was more porch furniture, there was not enough seating for the number of people the house sleeps + one of the rockers was broken. We would be happy to return if these things were addressed.

Hurricane Dorian

We had to leave on Tuesday, hurricane Dorian. What time we had was nice. Beautiful view, nice being ocean front. Comfortable and cheery.

Best beach bungalow

Other then getting a leash law ticket for no real reason, the stay was fantastic!
