Luxury Ocean Front - Surf City

Breathtaking ocean views will help you escape and find relaxation in this end-unit condo. Only feet from the water, you'll be able to embrace the entire sunrise and ocean to yourself! This condo will make you feel like you're staying in paradise in this quaint and friendly beach town! It comes furnished with a king bedroom suite, two single bunk beds, 1.5 baths, and a queen sleeper sofa. Great for couples or those wanting to enjoy the beach with the little ones. Stocked kitchen ready for cooking or enjoy proximity to the many great restaurants in Surf City! This gem is the vacation spot you will want to return to year after year.

You'll love the high end furnishings and finishes in this beautiful, ocean view condo! The cozy living room has plenty of seating for your group, and centers around the large balcony doors with amazing views of the water. It is open to the dining area and the well appointed kitchen, so you can take advantage of the views throughout all the main living spaces. The kitchen has been fully stocked with all the essentials that you would need to enjoy a home cooked meal. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable linens, and there is a bunk bed in the hall as well as a sofa bed. The best part of the condo is the balcony with it's breathtaking views. It's the perfect spot to start your day with a coffee or end it with a nightcap while taking in the sea breeze!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and community pool. There is also an onsite laundry room near the entrance to the complex for use during your stay. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. Please note - this unit is on the second floor of the building and stairs are required to access the property.

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival. A security deposit will be required through SafeGuest.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, smart TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everyone is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not permitted in accordance with platform policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.

Pool Information
The pool is typically open from early May through late September. Management reserves the right to adjust these dates based on weather, safety inspections, or maintenance needs. As with all outdoor pools, occasional leaves or debris may accumulate between routine cleanings, particularly after coastal storms.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
