Other Things to Note:
Pets and smoking are not allowed, and guests must use the outdoor shower to remove sand before entering. Walking on or disturbing the dunes is prohibited by state law. In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, refunds will only be issued if a mandatory evacuation is ordered by authorities.

Accessibility:
Please note that the unit is located three floors above ground level and is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator in the property.
