Renovated in February 2024 with new interior paint, lighting, new comforters and bed pillows. All New furniture in 2023.
This freshly renovated charmer is tucked away from the hustle & bustle, A Beach Inn Place is located on the oceanfront with direct beach access and two levels of coastal living at it's best! Enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the open and spacious living room on the top floor. All four bedrooms are on the oceanfront, and each have access to a deck where you can sit back, relax and take it all in! You and your family will always cherish the memories of your vacation at this special home!
This home is furnished with linens, bathmats and towels for all rentals. We even supply 10 Beach Towels during peak season
**** Please note: During Peak Season, Check in and out days are Sunday to Sunday to help stagger the traffic and workload.

Sorry but no vehicles will fit in the single car garage. 2 oceanfront sundecks with deck furniture.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure to load all linens and beach towels back into the gray totes and place them outside the front door
If you happen to miss the Thursday trash day, please place both trash cans out at the street prior to departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please place Trash and Recycling bins out on Monday nights. During peak/summer season also place trash out on Wednesday nights
